Please contact your insurance company who will be able to assist with questions about out-of-network benefits, deductibles, coinsurance, and more. In addition, as a courtesy to everyone we work with, we submit and handle all paperwork on your behalf. Reimbursement will be paid directly to you and you will not have to coordinate with the insurance company.
What if I don't know if my insurance plan has out-of-network coverage?

Then, go the FAQs+Contact section, scroll all the way down, and send them a note saying that you're interested in working with an out-of-network (OON) psychologist in NJ, and need help verifying whether your insurance plan will reimburse you for this OON service. Better will find out and help you understand your OON coverage. #2 You can DIY. Call the customer service phone number on the back of your insurance card so you can ask questions about your coverage and make an informed decision before getting started with counseling.
