Camp is less than 24 hours away.

It’s totally normal to feel those "pre-game jitters." Sometimes, the night before a big event, your brain starts overthinking. You might find yourself wishing you’d practiced one more hour or mastered one more move.

Here’s the truth: The work is already done. At this point, you can’t "cram" for camp like a math test. Pushing yourself physically today won`t help tomorrow, but resting your mind will. You’ve put in the hours, you’ve done the reps, and you are exactly where you need to be.
