About the Group

This is a DBT Skills Group that will go through the Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness modules with Mindfulness for the first two weeks of each new module. Scan the QR code to access our interest form and someone will reach out to you to speak further!
