Lukin Center for Psychotherapy
Are you navigating the high-stakes world of executive leadership? Do you want to balance your personal and professional lives?
Our Executive Mental Wellness Program addresses the unique challenges faced by high-performing professionals. We offer therapy, medication management, and evaluation services that are tailored to your unique needs and demanding schedules.
Our Executive Mental Wellness Program is designed to serve:
Executive Leadership roles come with unique pressures, including high-level decision-making, managing complex relationships, and balancing the personal cost of professional success.
Leadership life is challenging enough; navigating depression, anxiety, substance use, or family issues in addition to professional pressures can have a major impact on your performance and quality of life.
We are a private practice mental health hub providing comprehensive services and community engagement in Northern New Jersey. Our expert clinicians combine science and compassion to help people live the lives they want.
Our program is designed for business owners, executives, or C-suite professionals like you who want to:
Manage the personal and professional pressures of a leadership role with grace and efficiency.
Find treatment that fits your busy schedule with convenient services designed to align with your life.
Enhance your on-the-job performance (and prepare for what’s next) through personal awareness and expert support.
Live a balanced, fulfilling, and healthy life at work and beyond.
Executive schedules leave little room for a drawn-out intake, so starting care at Lukin Center follows a short and predictable path.
See a clinician close to the office or close to home, or meet by secure video between commitments. Lukin Center for Psychotherapy serves Northern and Central New Jersey from seven offices, with virtual sessions available beyond them.
We also see New York City clients by appointment.
If you or a loved one wants to connect with our compassionate team members, we're here for you.
Once we have received your request, Dr. Lukin will set up a discussion to understand what you aim to achieve at the Lukin Center. He will also pair you up with a clinician once you're ready.
Share your problem with us and we will be right back to you with the solution of your problem.
Executive mental wellness is evidence-based care aimed at the stress, mood, sleep, and performance pressures common to senior leadership roles. At Lukin Center it is delivered through outpatient psychotherapy, psychiatry when appropriate, and targeted evaluations.
Therapy builds practical skills for focus, emotional regulation, communication, and boundary setting. Much of the work centers on reactivity under pressure and the decisions that follow it, along with the sleep and recovery habits that tend to erode first. Progress varies from person to person.
Most clients start with individual therapy, adding psychiatry or a neuropsychological evaluation when it is clinically appropriate. Some also draw on DBT skills work, creative arts therapy, or pet therapy. No single approach suits everyone, which is why plans are built individually.
Not everyone does. Many high-performing professionals still find that structured support helps them protect mood, energy, and relationships, particularly during periods of rapid change or sustained pressure. The question is usually less about need than about what the demands of the role are currently costing.
Lukin Center for Psychotherapy is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. Our office manager generates a monthly superbill you may submit to your insurer, and you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan. Our rates and insurance page explains what to ask before you begin.
You define goals, discuss your history and current demands, and agree on an initial plan. Sessions run in person or by secure video to fit your schedule. A free 15-minute consultation is a low-pressure way to ask about clinician fit and scheduling first, and you can request one through our contact form.
Yes. Secure video sessions support consistent care from the office, from home, or while traveling, which matters when travel weeks would otherwise break continuity between appointments.
Start with the matching consult. We weigh your goals, schedule, and clinical needs, then recommend a clinician with the training and style to match, which takes the guesswork out of the search. If your needs change, the match can change with them.
