Donna Dalgetty, M.D. Board Certified Psychiarist Dr. Donna Dalgetty is a double board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of adults and children suffering from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma and ADHD. With over 21 years of experience she possesses outstanding clinical judgment and provides extensive diagnostic and therapeutic expertise with proven success developing and maintaining trust and rapport with her clients. She approaches her craft with the utmost integrity and genuine compassion offering a comprehensive and holistic assessment that emphasizes therapeutic modalities prior to implementing psychopharmacological options. Dr Dalgetty was voted by her peers as one of Bergen Counties top psychiatrist and she considers it an honor to be trusted to help others through some of the most painful and sensitive periods in their lives. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine Chapel Hill, NC and completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency Program training (Chief Resident) at the Mount Sinai College of Medicine New York, New York. Her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship training was from Albert Einstein College of Medicine Bronx, New York.
